Dr. Gervase R. Bushe is a Canadian author, academic, and creator of the globally recognised Clear Leadership method. Named one of HR Magazine’s Most Influential Thinkers in 2016, his work blends decades of research with hands-on experience in helping leaders build trust, navigate conflict, and lead with clarity.

This programme marks the first time Clear Leadership is being adapted for governance and public leadership in Asia — bringing his method to leaders navigating complexity across the region.
